Kurt Cobains suicide note, addressed to his childhood imaginary friend "Boddah." The note stated that he hadn't "felt the excitement of listening to, as well as creating music, along with really writing for too many years now." Cobain was found dead at his home in Lake Washington on April 8, 1994, having died three days prior. The death was ruled as a suicide by self-inflicted shotgun wound to the head. A high concentration of heroin and traces of diazepam were also found in his body.
