Dating from the 12th century and decorated in foliate patterns, this small, bronze ball is actually a hand-warmer. Inside the metal sphere, which unscrews into two halves, is an iron cup that held hot charcoal. This clever design allowed the hands to be warmed without getting burnt.
Remains: A dying Siberian maiden who lived 2,500 years ago may have self-medicated with marijuana. Russian scientists using MRI scans determined that the #mummified and tattooed body of the "Ice Princess" showed breast cancer. In addition, scans found evidence of injuries consistent with a fall ---perhaps from a horse. To cope with the pain she must have been experiencing, the princess could have resorted to cannibis---which was found alongside the #mummy in her burial chamber.

Arthur was one of the first members of the Women's Reserve before World War II. She worked for the military as both a typist and a truck driver and on her volunteer application, listed her active hobbies as hunting with a ".22 caliber rifle and a bow and arrow."

Eliot established the first Unitarian church, and was an early advocate of prohibition and of women's suffrage and the education of women.
